This depends on what you want to measure. For estradiol and progesterone, day 21 is most informative, or 7 days after ovulation. For FSH and LH, days 2 to 5 of your cycle work better. For an AMH test, the timing in your cycle does not matter. We include the ideal timing with each panel.
