This depends on what you want to measure. Have FSH, LH and estradiol drawn on day 2 to 5 of your cycle; day 1 is the first day of your period. Have progesterone drawn 7 days before your next expected period, which in a 28-day cycle is around day 21. For an AMH test, the timing in your cycle does not matter. We include the ideal timing with each panel.
