This panel measures three hormones:

Elevated FSH and LH alongside low estradiol may suggest the body is in a menopausal or perimenopausal state. The results can help inform a conversation with your healthcare provider about what may be happening hormonally.

If you are still menstruating, it is recommended to have your blood drawn on cycle day 2 to 5. If your periods have stopped, the test can be done on any day. No fasting is required.
